My wheelchair-accessible office is located in the Hobart Building near the Montgomery BART station. It is also accessible by MUNI, and paid garage parking is available nearby.

If we decide to work together whether in-person or by telehealth, I will send you a link to access a packet of forms to review and complete. It is important to establish a regular cadence so that we can continue to build upon past work. Length of therapy ranges in duration, and is based on your needs and goals.

I am an out-of-network provider. I provide an invoice (superbill), which you can use to submit an out-of-network or HSA/FSA claim for reimbursement. Some insurance plans will pay for a portion of out-of-network psychotherapy services. Your insurance company can tell you more about your specific benefits. We can also discuss this more together.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your care may cost. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
